In the middle of the vines and pins parasols, an apartment in stage of 70 m² for four to six people, entirely air-conditioned (two rooms and living room), including/understanding two rooms, a bathroom, a separated WC, an American kitchen equipped, a living room-room to be eaten with TV and European chains, a shaded terrace under an hundred-year-old wisteria on which you can take your meals.
The entry serves the two rooms, one with a bed 160x200 cm, the other downwards with two beds 90x190 cm. On the right, the WC separate and further the bathroom. A small corridor serves the living room-room to be eaten with a table to accommodate to six guests. The American kitchen is entirely equipped with a refrigerator, a plate four fires gas, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a furnace. In the living room, canapé convertible faces the TV with European chains, the salle à manger gives on the shaded terrace, harbor of freshness…
